See the work of Mock Pie Studio and other North Mountain Art League members at the Exchange Gallery in Bloomsburg, PA!

Celebrating 25 years, the North Mountain Art League brings an all-member show to the Exchange Gallery.

The show runs May 21st through June 29th; for the weekly schedule of open hours, visit

Since 1992, the North Mountain Art League has provided visual artists from throughout our region with opportunities to meet each other, share workshops, and exhibit their work together. Art League members work in many media, including painting, drawing, photography, digital art, fiber, jewelry, glass, and mixed-media sculpture, and the show at The Exchange will have examples of all of these.

Founded by retired art teacher Dorothy Wilson, the non-profit Art League has had dozens of members over the years, and many of the current members have had their work in the Exchange Gallery’s open-call shows, including the recent “Blues”, “Typography”, and “Wearable Art” exhibitions. NMAL artists also show regularly at the Bloomsburg Fair, the Children’s Museum, the Columbia and Montour County courthouses, the Northern Columbia Community & Cultural Center in Benton, the Berwick and Bloomsburg Hospitals, and other area venues; some also have membership at Bloomsburg’s Artspace Gallery, around the corner from The Exchange on Center Street. Several North Mountain members exhibit and sell their work at ArtFest, Bloomsburg’s summertime art party produced by The Exchange; 2018’s ArtFest will take place on the Square on the 25th of August.
