Last year, I thought I finished off this gem for good when I accidentally snapped the strongest stem. Thankfully it came back! It's a transplant from the bleeding heart Ry's "Aunt" Carol grew. She just passed away from cancer, so I'm glad to have it growing in my yard in her memory. I recently finished off another kind of hearts...Stephen King's "Hearts in Atlantis"...took me forever to read because I'm always trying to do a hundred thousand things at once. Happy to report I've rekindled my love of reading.
