ETSY!

I just finished listing tons of new artwork on Etsy! Please drop by for a visit: www.mockpiestudio.etsy.com

AMIDST THE CATTAILS

Mock Pie Studio at Ken's Cattails. Also in attendance were Donna Shaffer, Linda Doucette, Mark Golomb, Larry Ney, Marlin and Mary Lou Wagner. We had planned to be outdoors in Ken's nursery and botanical water gardens, but the threat of rain kept us inside. As it turned out, the rain didn't hit until the show was over, but it was cozy and comfy indoors! I hand quilted all day. I'm still infatuated with my new easel. Very compact and simple, yet super effective. See Peck perched on top? He loves it too!

BACK TO THE FUTURE

Well, I've worked my blogging way back to looking at the future and what does it hold? Art, of course! Gracie loved her birthday gift of a huge sketch pad and crayons. She flipped the pad open and immediately set to work. May this same fervor carry me through future creative endeavors! Onward! And in the words of Mr. Hanks, "Ride like the wind, Bullseye!"

BACK TO THE FUTURE, PART THREE

Back to the Future, Part Three...In which I spend time with my Aunt Barb & Uncle Butch in their garden while Marty's mother, Lorraine, tries to put the moves on him behind the honeysuckle and inadvertently teaches him a thing or two about family values.

BACK TO THE FUTURE, PART TWO

Back to the Future, Part Two...In which I finish my teeny art quilts and camp out at the ArtFest just in time to witness Marty racing down Center Street, presumably toward his DeLorean, with Biff in hot pursuit on a hover board. (Yes, the heat was getting to me!) Good times!

BACK TO THE FUTURE, PART ONE

Back to the Future, Part One...In which Marty McFly and Doc Brown give birthday sunflowers to my mom and go to the Spiedie Fest and Balloon Rally. Great Scott!
